It was the year 2013, when one of the world’s largest electronic providers approached TASC Outsourcing, realizing that their current talent partner would not be able to fulfill the immediate requirement of hiring a huge number of field executives in a short span of time. TASC, one of the largest talent management and solutions companies in the GCC region, piloted the task to triumph by hiring 230 field executives from 6 different nationalities within 60 days. For a gamut of similar dynamic results in GCC, the company relies on its Bangalore center. TASC’s Bangalore office comprises of a talented team of 40 individuals, who have been trained in sourcing apt candidates from global markets such as Cairo, Manila, Romania, Poland, Albania, and Jordan amongst others.

Mahesh Shahdadpuri, Founder & CEO, hails from a well-known, reputed business family that owns the Nikai Group. An easy option for Mahesh would have been to follow his family business, but Mahesh,ambitious to succeed in his own right,wanted to build some
